This Prison, built in the late 1800's, is inhabited by the resident ghost Julius Greenwelch. He only makes himself know with a group less then four people and when people are TRYING to sleep. Only a few have seen him in complete form without any devices.

Comment: I believe he was the only prisoner to die there. His spirit is also associated with the smell of a cigar because he was a cigar maker. I worked at the WTP for a couple of years and never had anything unusual happen to me but did hear a good story from the lady that took my spot about a herd of ghost sheep.
