My friends and I did it often as teenagers and after opening these portals up creepy demonic things would happen in the house. (typing on keyboard, shaking bed etc.) Once we destroyed the board everything stopped. Just be careful with that stuff.

I've heard the arguments against them, and it's all 19th-century Spiritualist-type bunk about "opening portals" that let in "lower entities," neither of which has a shred of evidence to support their existence. But with that said, I don't use them because they lie. And because they lie, there's really no point in using them. They're just tools. And it's because they are inferior tools that I don't use them. Not because I'm afraid that Satan will eat my immortal soul and ask for seconds.

deepvoid Online Now!	The board itself is harmless. It takes the willingness of the participants to draw in spirits. The board just acts as a focus for the participants' activities. However, all spiritual contact should be guided by at least a priest, shaman or other expert in the field.

Saveyourself Last Seen: 11/1/2011 8:16:00 PM	I wouldn't use it, if you don't have any idea of why or how to use it. There is definitely a guide that you need to follow, but be warned, don't ask for bad spirits, take all precautions you need because without it---you're just asking for a disaster. Beforehand, I always bless the board and sprinkle herbs on it, always have a nickel face up on the Sun side of the board. Also, try and light 4 candles and incense. The spirits enjoy the effort. ALWAYS ask if its a good or bad spirit and if it says bad, then immediately say goodbye and never leave the planchette on the board without anyone touching it! Don't let the planchette go through any of the alphabet or numbers backwards or forwards in order, remove the planchette if it starts doing it on its own. Its usually a demon trying to make its way out, and you shouldn't ever let it. ALWAYS say goodbye and wait for it to move to goodbye as well, unless its starts going over everything in order. Also be careful what you ask, and how you ask--it could always say its good and be evil, but you never know. I've only gotten one negative spirit, and had said goodbye and it said goodbye back. No harm done, and everyone I've contacted has been really nice and friendly. Its much fun, just remember to be respectful and positive. Turn off all electronics, for no interference. Be in an open and positive mindset, and not under the influence of any drugs or alcohol, they don't appreciate that kind of thing. Happy findings! AnonymousVisiter * US	My sister and her friends (these 2 white trash twin girls) would always be doing stuff on ouija boards when i was a freshman in high school and they were 7th graders. As soon as they started doing that, it seemed like something changed within the house (my opinion) and bad things started to happen to her, and really everybody in the house. I'm not sure what type of negative spirit it could have been, but does anybody know (outside of blessing the house) how i should go about seeing if anything is still there, and then what to do about it?? Would appreciate the help from an informed individual. See ya in hell.

While living in a house that was always claimed to be haunted my family never thought anything of it. every house we lived in we blessed it and asked that if anything is there to please leave as this is our residence now. A little girl was allegidly there in the house that was murdered by her father. she didnt leave. long story short her reason was i was pregnant with a baby like her mommy and she wanted to make sure it was safe. i used a board to communicate with her and her father... it was sad and so very real. i could feel the anger and hurt in her and the emotions of her father...

I was bored with friends and thought I could handle it myself without any incense or anything. DON'T USE THOSE THINGS!!!! The worst things happened to me in my house and I not only had to go through many blessing, protection, healing, and exorcism rituals but I had to guard my life. I realized now that the demon I was talking to escaped the board because it went through the letters and numbers in order. I burned mine and then it all stopped. If you insist on using one: 1. KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING! If not, don't be using one!! 2. Bless the board and if you'd like, use a protection spell to seal your house. 3. Burn some incense 4. Make a prayer to whomever God or Goddess you believe in. If you are atheist, you can skip this step 5. If it is a bad spirit, say goodbye and immediately stop the game 6. NEVER let the spirit go through the letters and numbers in order forwards OR backwards BE SAFE BLESSED BE MAY THE LORD PROTECT YOU

MY uncle, mother and two others played and contacted something negative. the Spirit told them that in 3 days that one of them would die in a horrible car accident. They of course ask whom it was. It was the friend sitting between my mother and my uncle. Long story, short that child did die in a car accident and bled to death on the road. My mom found out that my sister and I used one and flipped out and told us the story. So I urge no one to use it, but if you do, I urge if anyone does use one PLEASE, PLEASE be careful. 1ST DO NOT BURN THE BOARD BEFORE CLOSING THE BOARD DOWN PROPERLY, AND DO NOT BURN THE BOARD RIGHT AFTER BECAUSE IF IT IS DEMONIC, IT CAN WAIT AND LURK AND MAKE YOU THINK IT IS NICE (I know, I personally handled one, trust me not my idea of a night in!). 2ND IF An unwanted spirit has unleashed in you residence, please make sure that it is negative, demonic or positive with RESEARCH AND RESPECT for proper removal or able to set boundaries (positive). 3RD if you need help getting rid of spirits in a respectful manor or otherwise (if demonic) please message me if you wish to seek help.

AnonymousVisiter NEW JERSEY US	I once believed that those things worked. So I went to a dark quiet room with my roommate and tried it. We were young. Talked to some guy, I dont recall his name. It was interesting, if only that. We never said good bye, didn't know to. but to end this tale, nothing bad happened. Im not haunted or having poltergeist issues. So, I dont think its really a big deal.

ilgirl Last Seen: 10/30/2012 10:22:12 PM	it is not a toy...i have used a board, and have had results, spoken to several people.....the first one was a native american woman who lived on my parents property, and what is truely strange is..i told my mom about it, and she told me ..when my parents built their house my mom kept smelling campfire smoke....and she thought of indians, we are close illiniwek forest preserve... i have also spoken to a close friend's friend who commited suicide, and he followed me on the board for years....i will say always be respectful, if you have used a board before, and even if you are starting you can tell when things change, when someone new comes on, if they are negative ask for someone else, SAY GOODBYE, i haven't had anything bad happen to me from being on my board, but i have always had "things" going on
