There is a ghost named Mrs. Eccles that is thought to have stayed in the hotel in the 1940`s. She stops the elevator on the 5th floor. Most people don`t see her, but you feel her as she walks past you and smell her perfume.

AnonymousVisiter S US	I worked in the bar of this hotel on the 13th floor. The #13 button on the elevator is non-existant due to the original owners and their superstitions, but it technically is the 13th floor. At the end of the night while closing, glasses would go flying accross the bar off the racks they hung on, beer pitchers would tip over spilling beer on the floor. There are mirrors all over in the club, and when you're alone you can see strange movement out of the corner of your eye. The hotel as a whole is extremely haunted. It was a thrill to work there!

AnonymousVisiter ** US	Any out of town investigators should note that the hotel is no longer called the Historic Raddison Suite Hotel, but rather the Ben Lomond, and retains the same address as noted in the article. The elevators constantly fail, and on occasion if you look down the shaft by peering between your floor and the elevator car, you can see the door to the floor below you open up, and witness shadows crossing back and forth from the darkness of the elevator shaft to the floor below.

AnonymousVisiter NEW YORK US	I went there with my wife and aunt last year. We asked security if they would take us on a tour. After we heard strange noises coming from the vent system, we asked what it was. The security personnel was hesitant. We then ignored the noise. Then came the basement. as we were proceeding in, the security guard froze. He stated we are not suppose to be here. We asked him why, and he said this is a bad place, I don't go down here, I won't go any further........ after that we left. Also he did confirm there was a ghost on the 7th floor on some nights. I hear alot of people claim this. I don't believe it, until I actually see it for myself.
