Location Description:

Building was destroyed by arson in 2002.

Building was built in 1846 and was used for textiles manufacturing until 1997 when Gurney went out of business.

Supposedly Willie Youngblood who worked in the mill, fell to his death in an elevator shaft sometime before the 1920`s.

Over the years there were many reports of workers seeing the spirit of what they think was Willie`s mother in different places in the mill.

AnonymousVisiter * US	The Gurney building did burn down a few years ago. Enough bricks were salvaged from it to build my home. Also recovered were slabs of granite used as lentils and old earthquake rods for decorative purposes. [ 68.221.210.200]
