There was nothing reported of a girl name Melissa missing from that area in 1995. Was that the correct year and how can I look into your story to verify if true? What did Melissa mom say, she never reterned home? Also what is the other story you wanted to share? Thanks!!!!!

Okay. So I got tired of the speculation. I went to both locations. I did not however go ALL the way down Quincy to the dirt road (I'll probably end up doing this out of boredom one night) but I did visit the location of the claims to the closer Third Bridge down that road. Nothing happened. The County Line Road claim definately paid off to be MUCH more creepy. The road turns dirt, eerie feeling, and creepy trees...but alas.. again.. nothing happened. I'm still not so sure this isn't a High School urban legend as it is well known that there are several ghost stories about "Third Bridge" across the United States. Wouldn't surprise me if it's another "ghostly hitchhiker" slash "tiny hands pushed my car and left prints" story.
Just a note to all. Some people are saying its on Jewell. I did a little bit of research on it an that is dead wrong. The events that lead up to why it is now hunted happend on Kiowa Creek. Jewell comes to and end a good 4 to 5 miles west of Kiowa Creek. Its definitely the on either Smokey Hill or Quincy. I went to the one on Quincy tonight with my girlfriend and a couple of my close friends. We also brought my girlfriends dogs as it is known that they may be able to sense paranormal activity before we actually experience it. We also took some audio samples and pictures. We captured what may have been a faint voice of a young female saying hey. The pictures also revealed what appear to be orbs floating to the south of our position. These orbs were not visible to the naked eye. Do to the orbs appearing south we believe we were catching possible activity where the Kiowa Creek meets Smokey Hill Rd. We are making a trip down there tomorrow night and doing the same thing. We will also be trying to take some video footage to see what we can find. I will repost as soon as we have returned and observe our findings.
P.S. If you go to Quincy, the Kiowa Creek flows under the Fourth Bridge.

Just got back from there at about 5:30, we went past all the bridges and saw a burned down barn or something on the left of us. We turned around right after and fog began to roll in as we lost cell phone service. We're going back there in a little bit.
me and my friends are going this weekend. but now i have second thoughts about going with all these stories.

you go down smoky hill rd to pohaton...(something like that) then take a right. then there is a neighborhood. that is the first left. you take the second left and its county line road. it is the third bridge... fuckin scary

Heres a picture of my incounter at Third Bridge! My cousins and I actually went down, almost under, the bridge. It was pitch black and we almost stepped on a carcass of a cow. Of course our phones were low on battery so we started snapping pictures for light from the flash and this is what came of it! Were were freaked OUT!
