Mallet Hall Dorm – Third Floor It seems the third floor is the most haunted. Very negative prescences are felt.

Auditorium It is said that the Ghost of Lilian Nordica (a famous singer of opera) roams the auditorium that was given to the university in her name. Some evenings you are able to still hear her sing in the stage area.

Mallet Hall Dorm Haunted by a little girl. her name might be mary. she is harmless but she roams the halls. sometimes doors open and close when locked. No one knows why the little girl is there. she has been known to move people`s things on their dressers. she has been known to move furnature into piles in the summer on the lower floors when people are staying in the upper ones. is said to be haunted by a dorm mother who hung herself. To this day, people have not been able to stay in the room that once was hers.

Mallet Hall Dorm Basement something relatively dark is in the basement. even the big tough basketball boys dont like to stay in the hostals there.

AnonymousVisiter ** -	I was an RA in Mallett Hall when I attended, and I can attest to some of these alleged hauntings. In one of the third floor rooms in Mallett Hall, about 25 years ago, a young man did die from auto-erotic asphyxiation. And I've been on ghost hunts in Nordica Auditorium, which have turned up some very convincing photographs.

AnonymousVisiter ** US	I currently reside on the third floor in Mallet Hall and while I acknowledge the hall and floors strong presence, I disagree that this presence is negative. The constant rattles of the pipes, re-placement of objects and continuous door activity allows me to feel as though someone is learning about me while I learn about the world. I sometimes feel as though I am silently communicating with an oppressed, presumably enlightening essence.

AnonymousVisiter * US	I lived in Mallett for 4 years and I refused to sleep in my room alone at night. If my roommate was not around I always had a friend stay over or I would stay with them. My t.v would turn on by itself and my dvd player would open and close. I always felt like someone was there and one night I could have sworn I was kicking someone at the end of my bed but when I opened my eyes no one was there and I was able to move my legs freely. Nothing bad ever happened but def. an eerie presence! ps...I lived on the 3rd floor.

AnonymousVisiter - US	Apparently there's also a rumor that a vampire exists in Farmington, and that people have to put garlic and salt around the perimeter of their homes to keep safe. My boyfriend's staying in a house in Farmington, should he be concerned? Is that vampire rumor even true?
