Location Description:

I`ve been to this place and witnessed what happens many times. This is an old cemetery with many civil war soldiers buried there. There is a statue of a civil war soldier to your left just as you enter the cemetery. The rumor is if you go there at night and shine your headlights at the statue, he`ll turn his head and look at you. I`ve seen it for myself, but I don`t know if it`s just my eyes playing tricks on me.
Anyway, there is more to the story. Many years ago, there were two boys who drowned in the creek just to the north of the cemetery. It is said that they are the ones who make the statue stare at you.
But, since there has been vandals in the cemetery, there is a $500 fine if you are caught there at night. Luckily, I have never been caught.

mandalyn05 Last Seen: 3/18/2013 8:43:49 PM	jesse james' hideout is actually about 2 miles south of pomona. they call it jesse james' cave and through the years alot of dirt and stuff has filled it in and i guess down where you can't see anymore used to be the initials FJ and JJ, frank and jesse james. i didn't know bout the bank robbers, but i'd like to know which graves are theirs'

AnonymousVisiter ** US	I AM THE CARETAKER OF OAK HILL AND I HAVE BEEN OUT AT THE CEMETERY MANY NIGHTS. THE STATUE DOES NOT MOVE NOR DOES IT APPEAR TO MOVE. THE TWO BOYS WHO DROWNED ACTUALLY DROWNED IN THE RIVER EAST OF QUENEMO WHILE IT WAS AT FLOOD STAGE. ONE DOVE IN TO SAVE THE OTHER AND THEY BOTH DROWNED. THE BANK ROBBERS SUGGESTED ARE PROBABLY THE THORNBRUGH FAMILY. AND BY THE WAY, THE CEMETERY IS CLOSED AT DUSK.
