Floral Church/Cemetery/Bridge
From Winfield, KS go North on US-77 to 82nd St. Go East on 82nd St. to Church St. Go South on Church St until it comes to a bend in the road and becomes 1st St. facing you West. Turn immediately on Main St. heading south. Keep going south and you’ll come to another bend making you turn west again. The abandoned church is on the corner of that bend you can’t miss it. Follow around the bend and keep going west about ½ a mile and the cemetery’s on the South side of the road. If you go past the church and take 131 St. South at the “Y” in the road until you get to 92nd St. Go East on 92nd St. about ½ a mile and there is a historic stone arch bridge that over-passes Wolf Creek. Its was built in 1927 for the towns people of Floral, KS

Location Description:
Floral, KS is an old ghost town established in the early 1800’s that lies about 1 mile directly West of Winfield City Lake. The town once had a school, post office, church, cemetery, and around 150 residents. All that remains now is the old abandoned church, cemetery, and about 20 residents. The church is very creepy looking, and the cemetery dates back to early 1800’s.
