First, the residents of this facility were not mentally deranged--they were mentally and physically challenged. Some were very high functioning and some were not.
Secondly, the facility was not closed by the government due to patient abuse--it was closed after a lawsuit was filed because the family of a resident felt that their family member had the right to live in the community, not placed in a hospital setting outside of town.
Now, instead of a government run facility, we have government fun group homes throughout the area. They are in Tulsa and all the outlying suburbs. As part of the lawsuit, the residents of these group homes are also contributing, functioning members of their communities; they old permanent, full-time jobs, attend church services, enjoy the local entertainment, etc.
Again, they are not mentally deranged and they are living the life that the people who filed the lawsuit were hoping for.
TO FIND OUT WY ITS HAUNTED, GET ONLINE AND READ THE HISSOM MEMORANDUM ALL THE WAY THROUGH AND IT TELLS OF ALL THE ACCOUNTS OF TORTURE AND BRUTALITY. ITS SICK AND EVIL, THE MOST HEARTLESS PEOPLE COULD ONLY DO THAT TO HANDICAP CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, ITS TRUELY NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART, LET ALONE GOING INSIDE THERE.
In 2007 a had a friend who was in an occult, and happened to know the gate code and security gaurd who watched over the place. we went right through the gate and shot the peace sign to the gaurd shack.(no shyt). anyways, we went in through the front door at 4:00 in the morning, and i saw everything, the dolls heads hanging from the cieling by a noose, the haunted hallway that shines light back at you, the pool, the morgue, and the rooms with padded walls where my so called friend talked me into putting on a stray jacket in there. he tightened it as tight as he could with all the straps latched and then ran off and left me there.i was screaming for help while they drove off. i managed to get out of it and escaped. as for my so called friend, well, lets just say he's no longer around. true story, im actually writing a book about it cuz theres more to the story about things ive seen in the occult that they arent aloud to talk about. anyways, im trying to go back in there legally so i dont get arrested, to take some pictures for a documentry. if they wont let me in i'll just have to go ninja mode, ANYONE GAME!?. I am doing reasearch on a person named St.Clair Homer. He worked at Hissom as an Electrical Engineer for 17 years, retiring in 1982. He died in 1984. Any information would be appreciated.
