Location Description:

Upstairs on third floor/employees only area; ghost of elderly woman in black dress seen among the book racks...then disappears; several employees won't go up there alone at night to lock-up; believe to be ghost of an old school marm principal from the old Striplin School which was originally on the site, torn down and the school was relocated several blocks away; they then built the new library on that site.
