Hugh Poland Hall- In 2003, Katie Autry was raped and murdered in room 214 of Hugh Poland Hall.  Until conviction in 2009, the room remained as it was that night while the rest of the building was remodeled.  There are claims of screams being heard coming from that room intermittenly and this room was not being used because of still being a crime scene for the investigation.  Rumors of uneasy feeling, sick feeling, particularly when near that room.

Gordon Wilson Auditorium- The theater in the basement (or on the 1st floor) of Gordon Wilson has a blood-red light that is always on during performances.  It never comes on any other time and has no apparent source.  It is rumored to be caused by spirits of those who have performed in that auditorium.  After performances, sounds have been heard that are made by equipment that no longer exists in that building, crowd noises when the only people in the building are cast and crew; when performers are in vanity mirrored areas for applying stage make-up, they have claimed to see things move behind them and with the way the mirrors are set up, this is nearly impossible unless someone is walking right behind you.
