Location Description:

i was at the city park and i went to the restroom and all the sudden u hear a wistle but it was a sunday no one was there cuz they were at church but it was in the restroom i heard that wistle and i seen this ghost with an old hat he had a cane and was smoking it scared the s*** out of me
