there is supposedly a witch buried in this graveyard. there have been numerous sightings of a woman standing among the tombstones and if you stop the car she will look toward you and then vanish.

Does anyone know where this cemetery is, exactly? I have been all over Troutman and can`t seem to find it.

I can`t be 100% sure, but I was looking at an overhead view map of Troutman, and I believe that there is a graveyard off of Massey St.

To get to Massey St., take either NC-1303 or Wagner St. (One becomes the other as you reach Massey St.)

Like I said, I`m not positive about this since I don`t live that close to, or know much about Troutman... But from the map it looks like there is something that looks like a graveyard. If anyone lives near there or knows the area, please let me know if I`m right or wrong about this.

This is the Saint James Cemetery on Withers Creek Road Troutman Address. Church is on Shinville Road with a Mooresville Address. Thus the confusion.

I am a photographer and just because there were no dust on your new camera doesn't mean that dust, lint, pollen etc.. wasn't in the air. I have taken many photos there and have caught many orbs. There is some reflection off newer stones and a whole lotta dust. Orbs should not be taken so seriously.

The St.James Episcopal Church is located on 851 Shinville Rd. Mooresville, NC 28115. ACCORDING TO MAPQUEST. havent checked it out yet but i am a local and it sounds legit. I will check back once ive been there to update you

so me and some friends went to check it out and theres deff. something there. head down shinville all the way until you see the church. the cemetary is actually on the road right before the church off to the right. once you get to the church turn around and make a right onto your first road on your right. some advice...take lots of photo's. and possibly bring a quija board if your feelin up to it. it makes for a fun night

I have driven by Shinville Graveyard mumerous times but i have enver sited anything.

Do anyone have a clue if there is a specific time to go by there?

I have investigated this graveyard 4 times and I have had a few things I have experienced.1 shadow,the smell of perfume when you I entered the graveyard from the right side but I have never had any evp's or nothing caught on night vision.The dig camera did catch lots of orbs but they are so hard to prove and disprove.I have stayed between the hours of 8pm-2am and I think it you have no where to go for a ghosthunt it would be worth a shot.It is a beautiful graveyard so don't disrespect! Deputies do patrol and neighbors do take a interest in who parks on the side of the road.Please be careful at night because there are headstones dating back from the early 1800's

If you turn off Shinville Road onto Weathers Creek Road its about a half a mile on your right. There is a little black gate at the enterance.
