I have lived in this area all my life and have heard many stories of Tower hill road. there was never a toddler on a bike. There was a little girl in the mid 1950's who did get hit on that narrow turn and crshed her. The guard rail which still showed her damage was recently replaced, but here's the creepy part....there is a large dark stain in the road where she was hit that we belive to be her blood. And the road itself is a haunted and you are not alone. And there is a large tree which is spray painted blue, supposely at night if you park there, turn off your car and lights and wait.......well, ill let you discover what happens. Please if you do drive down towerhill road,go very slow for it is very narrow and have respect. Thank you.

I just took a drive on the road going both ways with my family and it was kind of creepy.  Going one way, I felt something brushing up the hairs on the back of my head, then when we went back, my step-mother, Marlene,  felt the same thing, only she didnt know I felt it earlier.  We saw some deer crossing the road right before we stopped at the tree with the blue spray paint and shut off the car.  We thought that we heard something growling.  Other than that we didn't see any ghosts.  There was a dog in a driveway taking a crap, but other than that it was a nice ride.

Wow, you people kill me! My family has  lived on Tower Hill Road for over 65 years and the only weird stuff I've seen in all of that time has happened inside 2 of the houses that are close together. Haunted...very possible; a lot of very unexplainable things happened; nothing too serious to worry about.  I've lived in 2 houses [ one of the  haunted houses ,one not] and have never seen anything happen outside of them.As far as the guard rail incident in the 50's ,there's only one guard rail on the road that was only installed in the 70's after a car went through the corner on some ice and almost hit the house there that had only been built a few years before. The little girl story ,the blood, the toddler and the blue tree are all bullshit; ask any of the old timers who live up there. Still living up there and love it.
