Not 100% skeptical, yet not thoroughly convinced, the Midnight Paranormal Team`s mission is to collect accurate and authentic pictures, videos, EVP`s, etc. of actual paranormal investigations conducted mainly in Jackson County, MO. Based on our experiences up to this point, it appears the most "haunted" locations are NOT those listed on websites as such. It will be the policy of MPT not to disclose the locations of our investigations, due to the fact many are private properties and drawing unwanted attention to the owners is not something we want.

We insist all cell phones and other sources of EMF or RF are turned off during our investigations (as much as possible, as not to interfere with absolute necessities). This reduces the risk of a false alarm at a possibly crucial point, and keeps distractions to a minimum. Remember, we are looking for PROOF, not only for you, but for us as well. You won`t see us editing photos, videos, or EVPs or creating something just so we can get attention.
(The only exception to this will be our "false positive" photo section, where we post pictures either created by us, or sent to us by someone else. In this section, we will explain the process of re-creating or "manufacturing" the picture in question. We do this to help us learn how to detect fake evidence, either re-created by humans or touched up with a computer program.)
