Comment:	Thanks for stopping by. I am the behind the scenes gal who spends a lot of time searching for online ways to promote Arx Mortis - an over 40,000 sq ft INDOOR Haunted Attraction in Killen, Alabama. My husband, Vinny, and his talented and creative crew designed and built Arx Mortis from the depths of their imagination, but also based it on some folklore in the community. Their combined creepiness and years of experience in the haunted attraction industry gave them a unique advantage in the creation of this incredible haunt. The location in which Arx Mortis was built was originally Graystone Manor (2007-2009) although the structure has been there for 30 years. There are at least 9 documented deaths that have occurred within this existing structure over the last 30 years. During construction of the Graystone and Arx Mortis, the crew was repeatedly freaked out by occurrences that seemingly had no explanation. Lights either remaining on or off, despite what was expected. Crew members would turn their backs for a moment, only to have items completely disappear when they turned back for them. Our guard dogs whine and bark in a crazed fashion in certain rooms of this attraction. These are just a few of the fascinating disturbances within the Arx Mortis location over the last 3 years. None of this is fiction. Patrons have vomited, fainted, and urinated upon themselves since the opening of our haunt in 2007. Emergency crews are on standby to collect the ones experiencing chest pains and anxiety attacks. Please don't take the PG-13 rating lightly.
