Legend has it that a guy killed his wife and kids up in the hills and his trailer still remains up there, on the way to a little stream with a spot you can park your car and walk up this embankment. Supposedly there is a ghost or spirit of the family that was butchered there. I suggest going there during the day, and then returning at night, so you know your way around.

Directions:
From I-80 take Alamo/Merchant exit. Take Alamo North/West to Foothill Dr. Go west on Foothill Dr. to Pleasants Valley Rd. Go North on Pleasants Valley Rd. several miles until you come to Quail Canyon Rd. Take Quail Canyon Rd North several miles until the road starts winding around a lot you will go another few miles until you get to the dead end....
